Truly a work of art! The company logo blew us away, but the detail and to overall presentation of the cake was more than expected. Lynette wouldn't let anyone cut it until the event was almost over. Thank you Chef Alan for making this event so memorable! DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!!!

I was task with bringing the cake for our 42nd family reunion in Louisiana. Chef Alan created this centerpiece that had everyone hesitating to make the first cut. It was the best cake we have had in 42 years. Thank you chef for making this reunion so memorable!!!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!!
